Para Koru Silver Pendant – Tahi Jewelry
A Twist on the Classic Silver Pendant
Maori Jewelry design is based on a rich tradition that dates back centuries. Tahi Jewelry is unique because it draws on this tradition, while creating pieces that look stunning and can be worn anywhere. This gorgeous silver pendant features a Koru design.
The Koru is a sign of peace, and an important and immediately recognizable symbol in New Zealand and around the world. The design is based on an unfurling fern frond, which represents beginnings, new life, growth, peace and strength. The point at the centre of the Koru refers to a place of origin. This particular piece is called Para, which means the King Fern. The King Fern is a beautiful plant notable for its many fronds, though is now unfortunately rarer than it once was.
Simple and elegant, Para is not only beautiful but it is also filled with meaning. A silver pendant is a classic piece which always looks great. Make sure your silver jewelry is as unique as you are, by choosing a pendant with a twist.
Dimension: The Para Pendant measures 30mm across its widest point and is 33mm high. The leather cord is 335mm long; the silver chain is 240mm long.
Please select whether you would like a leather cord or a silver chain from the drop down menu below. There is an extra charge for the silver chain, as noted below.
